Use of this website indicates your agreement to the terms & conditions set out below and in other documents available at the footer of the Rolasolar website. Rolasolar advise that at any time changes can be made without notice to these terms & conditions.
This Website is only currently setup for purchases by Australian Residents, if you wish to purchase from overseas, please contact us through our contact page with your address and we will provide a freight quote.
We do not make any endorsement or representation as to the accuracy of information contained within any linked websites.
Rolasolar owns the copyright to the content of this website or is licensed by the copyright owner to use the content. No part of this website may be reproduced.
Rolasolar does not claim that any information obtained from this website is virus free and does not take responsibility for any viruses, faults or other defects. You, the customer is responsible for scanning any information for viruses.
Every effort has been made to ensure product image and description accuracy; however, Rolasolar has the right to change these without notice.
Rolasolar reserve the right to change prices without notice to this website at any time.
Goods are subject to availability, generally all products listed are in stock but as Rolasolar has a website store, Amazon and an Ebay store, sometimes items may need to be ordered or manufactured at time of order. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible via e-mail. We will endeavour to have your order fulfilled or suggest a comparable product of similar nature. Where you have already paid for the goods, if we cannot fulfil your order, a full refund will be given.
All items that are displayed on the website are available to purchase unless otherwise stated. Backorder are accepted and if this is the case you will be notified at the time of purchase. If we cannot supply a product we will notify you within 2 working days of your order via e-mail.
Conditions of Purchase
Checkout
Our sales team will send you an invoice within 24 hours of purchase (except weekends) with the total due including postage. If you have purchased an item which meets the requirements of Australia Post or with flat rate shipping, then you will be able to checkout and pay immediately. You may also continue purchasing additional items from our shop. Please contact us if you wish to add additional items to your initial order, as we will usually post your item the next business day.

Afterpay
Afterpay is a 'buy now, pay later' (BNPL) platform that makes it possible to buy something now, receive your goods, and pay them off later in instalments. Select Afterpay at the checkout and pay nothing extra when you pay on time.

Direct Deposit
If you wish to make payment through your online banking and the system does not provide you with the required details, please contact us and we will send an invoice with our bank details. Please reference your payment with your invoice number, this avoids delays.
Credit Card
Credit card payments can be processed securely through the Eway application on our website. Rolasolar does not see or keep your credit card details.
As online credit card payments are a risk for card users and online retail sales, can you please follow the instructions below. Please provide a photo of your credit card showing your name, the bank name and the last four digits of the credit card. This is to protect the card holders interests which normally is (yourself) the person using it. For your own security please DO NOT send photos of the back or full front showing all details. This procedure helps to ensure the person using a credit card has not stolen the credit card details for their own use and prevents us the online retailer from being charged back by the true credit card owner.
Paypal
Payments can be processed through your Paypal account. Though we do not allow to pay by credit card through Paypal without a Paypal account. If you wish to use your credit card, this can be done through our Eway merchant payment system. Please refer to credit card for conditions.
Money Orders
Details of where to post Money Orders are provided on the invoice. Please allow 5 working days for clearance. Also include a copy of your transaction with all relevant details.
Customer Service
Rolasolar’s office hours not fixed, please contact us as visits are by appointment only. We can be contacted by phone or send us a email through our contact page or email. Please refer all technical questions to Dave on 0411 090 774. Rolasolar may not be contactable during weekends and public holidays, please leave a message and we will call you back. Though we will endeavour to answer queries about products for sale over weekends, freight queries may have to be addressed during normal business hours.
